In order to update your NGO profile you must first request permissions from the portal manager. Search yourself in the database using our search tool by either your organizational name, your acronym or the country you are located. You will see the link that says request permission to update your profile at the bottom of your organizatonal profile. Please fill the form and expect your login information from the portal manager within 5-10 working days. Please note that we cannot update and edit your profile for you. You must send your request permission form to the portal manager in order to change your contact email, address of organization, director's name or any of the information in the fields provided in the organizational profile. Your permission request is dealt with in the order it is received. Finally, please also note that when updating information, we have provided French and Spanish fields and selection boxes as well. This information (in French and Spanish) cannot be shown immediately, as the English text can, as we have yet to secure funds to support the Portal's 'front end' in these languages. We have however built the Portal's organization database in English, French and Spanish, 'the back-end', so that if and if when achieve the necessary funds for the French and Spanish front-end, we already have your information in these languages.  Thank you, The Portal Manager, Catherine Gazzoli
